CLA is seeking a values-led, experienced Social Work leader to provide senior leadership across organisational
operations, workforce support, practice quality, and operational compliance, risk management and continuous
improvement.

The Practice & Operations Manager supports the CEO and Team Leaders to deliver high-quality supports to
constituents, young people and families. The role acts as second in charge to the CEO and may act in the CEO role
when the CEO is on leave or unavailable.
