The Compliance Officer supports CLA to maintain effective governance, quality, risk, safety and compliance systems across the organisation.

The CLA Practice & Operations Manager provides senior leadership across organisational operations, workforce support, practice quality, quality and compliance implementation, operational risk management and continuous improvement.

To assist young people who are at risk of homelessness or who have recently left home to remain connected (or to reconcile) with their families and their community (including school), through direct service delivery (e.g. individual support, family support/mediation, group work), sector and community development.

This is an identified role for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person who wants to make a real difference with young people in care who are staying away from approved placements.

This is a meaningful opportunity to help Constituent Board Members take part in Board meetings with confidence, understanding and dignity. You will help people understand information, prepare questions and express their own views. You will not make decisions for them or tell them what to think.

As an Overnight Support Worker, you will provide calm, respectful and trauma-informed support to young people staying in BEROS emergency accommodation overnight. The role includes practical support, safety planning, de-escalation, case notes and working closely with the BEROS team and other services.
