About Grow together

We are a team that supports individuals and families through our counselling and parenting support programs.

Our team brings experience across family support, mental health, child and youth wellbeing, and community-based practice. We offer practical, relationship-based support that is tailored to each person’s individual strengths, needs and goals, with a focus on helping people feel heard, supported and connected to the right services and opportunities.

What grow together does

Grow Together offers two specialised support programs: a parenting support program for parents with intellectual disabilities, and counselling support for people experiencing complexity delivered by our mental health social workers.

To make information easier to navigate, details about each program are listed separately under Services & Support.
