Navigating School Success
For over 20 years our School-Based Workers have assisted young people enrolled in contracted to address issues affecting their ability to stay in education and where appropriate, offer support to their families, caregivers and friends.
Community Connections is an Accredited Employment Authority for Student Wellbeing Officers and Youth Support Coordinators. We have Current partnerships with Aspley Special School, Queensland Academy of Creative Industries, Mitchelton Special School and Queensland Pathways Secondary College (Bracken Ridge & Moreton Campuses).
Community Connections can provide School-Based Social Workers as a fee for service partnership with local schools, embedding specialised, community-based expertise in their wellbeing support system.
