There are different ways you can support us. You can either make a general donation to CLA or to some of our special projects.

All donations of $2.00 and over are tax deductible and we’ll issue a tax invoice to you.

Donate to support the Strong Families Project

The purpose of this project is to support vulnerable children and families to engage in child development activities which will support children’s integration in the community and enable them to participate as do more advantaged children.

Donations received will go to support vulnerable children to attend kiddie gym, to join local junior supports clubs and with school based expenses related to excursions and school sports.

General Donation

When you make a general donation, it will be used to support different programs across CLA to support people with -

• a 'learning difficulty', intellectual disability or an intellectual disability and mental illness
• young people at risk of early school leaving
• young people at risk of homelessness.

Support a special project

Adventure-holiday group

The adventure-holiday group organizes different physical activities to promote young people’s physical and mental well beings. Activities include weekend away at Dickey Beach and Boonah; bushwalks at Boondall Wetlands, Northbrooke Gorge and Daisyhill, rock climbing at Kangaroo Point and canoeing at Thorneside and Shorncliffe.

Donations will go to camping equipments purchases and future activities.

Village Housing

Village Housing is an initiative of CLA that provides long term housing to people with disabilities and those who face housing difficulties. Donations will go to acquire new properties and improve the living environments of our tenants.
